Welcome to our 1. day of the Natural Highs ONLINE Academy!

Dear friends of Natural Highs,

The Natural Highs Academy is officially starting today!

So glad you are part of this community of teens and adults who want to be creative and productive during this time. We will send out daily materials to inspire you with worksheets, guided exercises, and live online ZOOM meetings and "hangouts": sign up with your email on www.naturalhighs.org

The WORKBOOK is intended to help you use this time in a productive way with inspiration, schedules, structure, and resources so you can make the best and be your most productive self during this extraordinary time.

• Print out the Cover of your WORKBOOK and personalize it with colors, your writing, drawings, ... Find a beautiful binder that you can make into your WORKBOOK and add each worksheet daily. Also, feel free to add your own pages with journal writings, drawings, inspiration (sign up for the worksheets on
  

• Print out the attached daily schedule. You can use it to organize your day to find time to be productive, time for inspiration, time for connection, time for fun, time for physical health, time for creativity, etc.
